Draft: under legal review. Last updated September 12, 2026.
Pokr Club is software for running a home poker game and keeping its record. We are not part of your game.
We don’t organise games, set stakes, hold or move money, or take any share of what’s played for. The host runs the night; we keep score.
Using the app means you agree to what’s below.
A tournament clock, a record of who played and how they finished, and, if you run a league, standings across a season. It is a tool for keeping track of something you were already doing.
If you host, you are responsible for your game: who you invite, what you play for, how money is handled, and making sure the whole thing is lawful where you are. Laws about private card games differ from place to place, and it is on you to know the ones that apply to you.
We are not a party to your game and we don’t supervise it. Disputes about a result, a payout, or anything that happened at the table are between the people who were there. We can show you what the record says, that is the whole point of it, but we don’t adjudicate.
Photos, names, notes and house rules you add are yours. You give us permission to store and display them where they belong in the app — in your game, on its result page, on your league’s site if you publish one — so the product can do its job. That permission ends when you remove the content, except where we’ve already shared it with people in that game.
Don’t post anything you don’t have the right to post.
We can suspend or remove an account that does any of this.
A league’s commissioner controls its rules, its scoring, its membership and anything it tracks for a championship pool. We record what the commissioner sets and what the games produce. Money a league tracks — dues, a withhold, a prize pool — is held by whoever the league says holds it, which is never us.
Pokr Club is provided as is. We work hard to keep the clock accurate and the record correct, but we don’t warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue parts of it.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for money that did or didn’t change hands at your table. If we are found liable for something despite that, our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us — which, while Pokr Club is free, is nothing.
You can stop using Pokr Club whenever you like, and ask us to delete your account. See the Privacy Policy for how that works and what happens to games you played in. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms.
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll say so on this page and update the date at the top. Carrying on using the app after that means you accept the change.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
